Terms of Service

Please read with attention!

  • I do reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, personal or not;

  • I'll decline the request if you didn't take your time to read the Terms;

  • Contact with me in any of my social medias mostly on my active ones or on Discord (currently, Carmiineh#7323) for requesting your commission;

  • The price will increase a little, depending on the type of commission with more characters on it;

  • I can use your commission for self-promotion and advertisements (speedpaints and time-lapses, for example). If you want priority on your art, you will pay an additional fee, which is 10% added to the price;

  • Please be patient after your ordering is on progress, I have a personal life like you;

  • The drawing(s) will be uploaded in my social media accounts (most active ones and digital art related) and the animated video will be uploaded in my secondary channel (Jadiineh);

  • I usually take 1 month and 2 weeks to make drawing commissions and 2-3months to make the animated ones, depending on the case (this is just a predetermined dealine), so do not come and charge me because you already know the deadline. If something happen, I'll contact you as soon as possible;

  • The price is non-negotiable and please do not insist in another ways to pay;

  • I only accept USD currency via Paypal and BRL currency via Pix and Bank Transfer only;

  • You need to wait a few days before pay me, because I need to figure out the idea for the drawing first and send you a wip (work in progress);

  • Pay me as soon as possible, especially when I tell the sketch is done and (in some cases) when the drawing is almost done;

  • I do not accept refunds on Paypal since we both are losing money with the taxes and I also probably lost my time in making the drawing at time you asked the refund, only brazilian users can ask me a refund via Pix;

  • I do not accept refunds if you didn't like the drawing, you could asked me to change in the working progress, if you didn't do that and I can't change the commission after It's finished, I will not make a refund;

  • Nudism and Gore commissions will be only available only for people over 18, if you are lying about your age, you will be black listed;

  • If your character have very bright colors or its saturated, I'll change the colors a little bit to fit in my style;

  • Credit me if you upload the art in anywhere else, crediting an artist makes their work recognized and make them happy.

I will NOT draw any of these stuff if you request:

  • Extra detailed Mechanical/Mecha;

  • Fetishes involving body liquids, body parts, incest, rape, pedophilia, zoofilia, slavery, supremacists and what involves with any type of violence and abuse;

  • Fangirls and some romantic couples (if they're not official or confirmed between the original characters, this does not include shipping characters from popular shows);

  • Extremely complicated designs to make animations (characters full of details, spots almost all over the body, specific clothing) it can make me frustrated and giving up making your commission, but if you insist they will probably be simplified;

  • Overly complex backgrounds (ex: full cities, a lot of background characters, detailed textures etc).

KEEP IN MIND:

You should send me any necessary information about what you want in the drawing or animation in the first time, I will ask you to confirm on what you want in the commission that I'm doing it is right as I'm doing it, tell me about the poses, type of shading, background, asthetic and​ etc. I'm a person who likes most things to have details and to be organized, If you say what you want in the commission on different parts, we won't be able to reach an agreement very well.
