Commissions
Please read with attention!

I do reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, personal or not;

I'll decline the request if you didn't take your time to read the Terms;

Contact with me in any of my social medias mostly on my active ones or on Discord (currently, Carmiineh#7323) for requesting your commission;

The price will increase a little, depending on the type of commission with more characters on it;

I can use your commission for self-promotion and advertisements (speedpaints and time-lapses, for example). If you want priority on your art, you will pay an additional fee, which is 5% added to the price;

Please be patient after your ordering is on progress;

The drawing(s) will be uploaded in my social media accounts (most active ones and digital art related) and the animated video will be uploaded in my secondary channel (Jadiineh);

I usually take 2 weeks to make drawing commissions and 1-3 months to make the animated ones (this is a predetermined dealine for average commissions). If something happen that may delay your product, I'll contact you as soon as possible;

The price is NON-NEGOTIABLE and please do not insist in another ways to pay;

I only accept USD currency via Paypal. BRL currency via Pix and Bank Transfer only;

Pay me as soon as possible, especially when I tell the sketch is done and (in some cases) when the drawing is almost done, I'll not show the full commission until that;

I do not accept refunds when you "didn't like it" and or "I changed my mind", if I worked on finishing the piece, you saw the progress of the commission and I changed because of your requests, you can't ask for refunds after every step was checked before;

I can't change the commission after we discussed about it on the working progress, especially days after I sent the final and approved product;

Nudity and Gore commissions will be only available only for people over 18;

Characters appearance can change because of my style;

Credit me if you upload the commission in anywhere else, crediting an artist makes their work recognized and make them happy.
I will NOT draw any of these stuff if you request:

Fetishes that envolves: body liquids, body parts, inc*st, r*pe, ped*philia, z**filia, slavery, supremacists and what involves with any type of violence and abuse, if you have any question about this topic ask me privately;

Artwork that envolves a persona or a fursona based of me.
KEEP IN MIND:
You should send me any necessary information about what you want in the drawing or animation in the first time, I will ask you to confirm on what you want in the commission that I'm doing it is right as I'm doing it, tell me about the poses, type of shading, background, asthetic and etc. I'm a person who likes most things to have details and to be organized, If you say what you want in the commission on different parts, we won't be able to reach an agreement very well.
